Ledge Village is series of 3D buildings and accessories that can be combined in a mix and match fashion to build tiny villages on small ledges around your home. The buildings are 3/4" thin, with all detail on the front so they fit on small trim ledges. They are between 4 and 6" tall when assembled. Group 3 download includes the cutting files for the dormer house, barn, store 1, store 2 with park bench, school house, and firehouse.  Fences are included but trees are part of group 1. Purchase this grouping if you already own group 1. Tutorials are included in pdf format or available here online. 

This download includes the cutting files in SVG, PDF, DXF formats for use with either the Silhouette (DE required) or the Cricut Explore. The download is a zip file.
